It is election time again and MP Ignatious Biggs is sitting pretty in his safe seat, or is he? Biggs and his unending promises are beginning to wear thin on the residents of Top Junction. Daily traffic woes caused by a stalled road improvement project and the current disrepair of the community park and its prized feature, a cultural monument are causing frustration. Nonetheless, some of the villagers are still content to get whatever Biggs and his sidekick Lucky Pig are giving away.
Community matriarch Miss Vie and her daughter Kenya are hoping that the citizens will realise their worth, and decide to restore the monument, in hopes of inspiring the people. Magically, the monument comes alive and the Ancestors offer words of encouragement and wisdom to Miss Vie. The Crocodile has a different agenda. When Croc enters into the daily life of Top Junction that’s when the ruction starts!
Croc strikes up a partnership with Biggs even as he is looking to make a meal of Lucky Pig. Lots of changes are underway – more promises are made, but will it bring production and construction, or disruption and destruction? Will the residents of Top Junction turn the tables on Biggs and Croc? Will they learn the value of their history and roots?
